At the beginning of each half-year together with the employee are defined challenging targets for the next 6 months.

 

Regular evaluations

When this time has passed the results are evaluated. The outcomes then have a direct influence on wages and personal perspectives of the employee.

 

Success participation

On the basis of these evaluations, a share of the profit can be distributed to staff members.
